The Senior JDE Developer works within the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment to independently design and code new programs, understand and modify existing programs, analyze program process flows, and provide a knowledgeable perspective for the review of program specifications used in the implementation of software applications. Minimum supervision is expected.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
- Develop and maintain new or enhanced applications or systems
- Develop technical solution to meet business requirement from ground up
- Design new applications in accordance with best practices and standard patterns
- Develop JDE EnterpriseOne applications in accordance with approved methodologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported applications/system issues
- Perform systems analysis and business process design
- Evaluate business processes for opportunities for improvement
- Analyze and document new and changing business requirements
- Design and document new business processes, and map requirements onto application design components
- Develop and implement new and modified interfaces
- Design and develop interfaces between internally and externally developed systems using both JDE development tools and the Pentaho Spoon ETL environment
- Develop reports and report delivery mechanisms
- Use Crystal Reports or JDE BI Publisher or other reporting tools to develop and dispatch reports
- Provide support for various enterprise applications at a tier two or advanced level
- Mentor Junior JDE Developers and other Enterprise Applications staff on technical skills and design practices
- Assist in the development of documented design, coding and naming conventions as well as program documentation requirements

The approximate pay range for this position is $21.63 - $24.04 Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
- Serves as the primary HRIS contact for assigned districts regarding data for new hires, terminations, and all other employment data changes.
- Provides guidance related to HRIS matters to Managers and District Managers.
- Supports current, former and prospective associates with vendor-based systems such as applicant tracking, background checks, and employment verifications, etc.
- Responds to requests from Human Resource Directors and Managers regarding associate information and provides reports as requested.
- Assists with unemployment claim documentation.
- Coordinates scanning of all paperwork received into the document management system (Laserfiche).
- Supports the HRIS team with projects and ad hoc requests.
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.
- Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: The HRIS Coordinator possess a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and associates), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.).
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience. Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
