The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving business growth through data-related insights. The focus of this role is to create and implement measurability across all marketing initiatives and channels and to tie together performance insights from web, marketing and business data to create actionable insights. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong analytical mindset, creative problem solving skills, ability to work autonomously as well as with team members, and strong communication skills. They will be the go-to resource for all things web analytics-related, and will likely have the opportunity to dig into business data, as well.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Champion expertise in Google Analytics and web analytics best practices.
- Master the art of tagging implementation to ensure data accuracy.
- Develop custom reports that combine digital performance data with in-center transaction data, while maintaining the integrity and reporting of all properties.
- Manage analytics implementation and reporting for all campaigns across various platforms (.com, media, landing pages, etc.).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures that drive business decisions.
- Leverage business data to identify trends, opportunities, and formulate actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Develop dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring.
- Identify gaps in current data capture and work to implement solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a holistic data story and optimize strategy to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with agency partners to ensure proper tracking implementation.
- Assist with A/B and multivariate testing setup, execution, and reporting.
- Create comprehensive documentation for strategic recommendations and reports.
- Effectively communicate complex data insights through compelling visualizations in Power BI.
- Assist with the quality assurance of creative and functional tagging throughout the website.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience working in analytics and marketing.
- Google Analytics certification.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to analyze data holistically and translate findings into a compelling story about consumer behavior.
- Solid understanding of web analytics concepts including: Analytical tag implementation best practices, traffic metrics, pathing behavior, segmentation, and funnel performance
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation is a MUST.

The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Located on-site at the center, the Senior Event Sales Representative is primarily responsible for closing—turning inquiries into booked events. How? WHO YOU ARE
You’re an experienced salesperson who utilizes all the resources that your disposal (phone, email, our amazing venues) to communicate our unique approach to bowling entertainment and events to your prospective clients. And since you’re a team player through and through, you coordinate with your center’s Operations Team to ensure our events are executed with expert precision. Because you know that the key to a great party—is a room for of happy, satisfied guests.

- Manage lane inventory for your district and coordinate your center’s group events by ensuring that 14-Day Forecasts are 1) up to date, 2) accurate, and 3) distributed to the center weekly
MANAGE YOUR PROSPECTS
- Assist prospects who contact the center or sales office by phone or online with all group event inquiries and create lane reservation maps featuring all relevant event details
