Summary:
The Senior Experiential Graphic Designer plays a critical role in bringing the Lucky Strike brand to life through compelling environmental, print, and digital design. This position supports our in-house design and development team in creating high-impact graphics for new builds, remodels, and ongoing brand evolution. From large-format signage to custom branding elements, this role helps shape the guest experience in our venues nationwide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Branding & Visual Identity
• Design brand assets such as color palettes, icon libraries, style guides, and signage systems
• Maintain and evolve our visual language across all venues and touchpoints
• Develop and update brand books and graphic standards for consistent execution
Environmental & Experiential Graphics
• Conceptualize and produce large-format graphics, paint schemes, murals, and wayfinding elements
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams on venue design and remodels
• Prepare artwork for vendor production and oversee fabrication/installation when needed
Presentation & Communication Design
• Create presentation decks and visual storytelling tools for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in venue design proposals and ideation with clear, compelling visuals
• Translate complex design ideas into polished presentations
Production & Execution
• Generate detailed mockups, layered visuals, and production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite
• Coordinate directly with printers, signage vendors, and mural installers
• Ensure design files meet fabrication specs, material requirements, and install guidelines
Innovation & Efficiency
• Explore and apply AI tools and generative design techniques to improve workflow
• Identify opportunities for design automation and new visual storytelling methods
Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an in-house design studio or built environment-focused firm.
• Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating proficiency in environmental, print, and digital design
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with AI or 3D visualization tools a plus
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a strong ability to present and defend creative concepts
• Proven experience preparing graphics for fabrication and installation
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and team-oriented environment
Education and Experience
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

The approximate pay range for this position is $80,000-90,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
