Summary 

We're seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven CRM Specialist to manage both automated and scheduled email campaigns. This role involves developing sophisticated automation workflows that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Klaviyo and passionate about optimizing the customer journey. 

Key Responsibilities 

Email Management & Content Strategy 

  • Build, edit, and enhance CRM workflows and automations. 
  • Manage email content across multiple brands, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with designers, email team members, and vendors to create and implement new email templates, campaigns, and automated workflows that support various business verticals. 
  • Monitor email performance and user engagement, optimizing templates and content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. 
  • Oversee A/B testing for email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo or similar tools to enhance the subscriber experience. 
  • Execute, QA, and deliver daily email campaigns across all brand segments. 
  • Design and implement logic-based flows using triggers, conditions, and actions to streamline lead management, onboarding, and customer engagement. 
  • Partner with analytics resource to monitor and optimize automation performance, leveraging data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and enhance the customer experience. 
  • Maintain and update custom fields, properties, segments, and tags to support accurate data tracking and targeted communications. 
  • Integrate the CRM with third-party platforms and tools via native integrations or APIs to enable seamless data flow across systems. 
  • Troubleshoot issues within automations and workflows, ensuring timely resolution with minimal disruption. 
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and projects as they arise. 

Technical Support & Innovation 

  • Ensure email templates and campaigns are optimized for performance across devices, email clients, and platforms to deliver a seamless subscriber experience. 
  • Partner with IT, development, and marketing ops teams to support centers across all brands. 
  • Stay current with email marketing trends, tools, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to continuously improve processes and drive innovation. 

Qualifications 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with designers and marketing team members. 
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, CRM strategies, advanced segmentation, and personalized campaign builds using tools such as Klaviyo, Monday.com, and Wrike. 
  • 2–4 years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience. 
  • Proven expertise in Klaviyo (or similar platforms) – including flows, segmentation, and reporting. 
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, retention marketing, and behavioral triggers. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with excellent organizational and project management skills.  
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data – experience with Looker, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus. 

Education and Experience 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 
  • 4–5 years of email marketing experience.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $68,000 -$86,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
