SUMMARY: 

The Operational Accountability Analyst plays a key role in improving operational performance across Lucky Strike centers by conducting thorough reviews of center operations through CCTV analysis and Operational Accountability Reports. This position identifies breakdowns in process execution, procedural non-compliance, and behavioral inconsistencies that impact service quality, efficiency, and profitability. The Analyst provides actionable insights to key stakeholders to drive accountability and continuous improvement. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Analyze CCTV footage across multiple centers to identify operational deficiencies, including service delays, safety violations, cleanliness issues, and non-adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Review and interpret Operational Accountability Reports to pinpoint trends, outliers, and areas of concern. 
  • Document findings and compile clear, data-supported reports with visual evidence to support performance reviews and operational coaching. 
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership and Center Management to recommend and implement corrective actions based on findings. 
  • Track the effectiveness of implemented changes through follow-up analysis and re-reviews. 
  • Support the development of standard methodologies for reviewing operational performance using both qualitative (CCTV) and quantitative (reporting) data. 
  • Assist in the refinement of accountability reporting metrics and tools to enhance visibility and efficiency. 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional integrity in all investigations and analyses. 

DESIRED SKILLS: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate: 

  • Strong observational and analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps from video footage.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to convey findings to both operational and executive leadership. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting dashboards; video editing or tagging software experience is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent reviews in a deadline-driven environment. 
  • Prior experience with CCTV surveillance analysis, operations auditing, or performance management is preferred. 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent required. A college degree is not necessary for this role. Success is driven by strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data. Candidates with experience in operations, performance auditing, or surveillance analysis are highly encouraged to apply. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position is fully remote.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
