Summary:
As a Senior Internal Auditor at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be a key member of the Internal Audit team, responsible for evaluating the company’s Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) across a variety of business functions. This role plays a critical part in supporting compliance, identifying control gaps, and driving process improvements that align with evolving regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with process owners, senior leadership, and external auditors to ensure a strong control environment and seamless execution of testing procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
ICOFR Testing & Documentation
• Evaluate and validate the financial reporting process, identifying risks and control points
• Document and test the design and effectiveness of key controls
• Maintain and verify accuracy of information used in controls (IUC)
• Ensure testing aligns with internal ICOFR policies and regulatory requirements
Audit Execution & Remediation
• Develop test plans based on control documentation reviews
• Analyze control deficiencies and assist in the development of remediation plans
• Track testing results and escalate control gaps as needed
• Provide actionable feedback to enhance controls and process documentation
Reporting & Collaboration
• Compile and report ICOFR testing results to senior leadership
• Serve as a liaison with external auditors on testing approaches, documentation, and remediation issues
• Maintain proper documentation within the Workiva controls management platform
• Support internal audit readiness and promote ongoing compliance across departments
Compliance & Process Optimization
• Stay informed of emerging regulations and changes to SOX/ICOFR standards
• Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and control improvement
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls frameworks
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with all levels of leadership
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant audit or controls experience
Preferred:
• SEC audit experience
• Familiarity with Workiva and modern audit software tools
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $85,000- $105,300 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
