Summary: The Training Content Creator assists in the planning, filming, and production of internal training videos. This role is responsible for managing video assets and equipment, collaborating with the Training Design team and other departments to develop concepts and scripts, and delivering high-quality, engaging content aligned with company training objectives. This position plays a key role in shaping the visual learning experience across the organization. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Creative Production & Visual Design 

  • Assist in planning, scripting, and storyboarding training video projects. 
  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality training videos for internal use. 
  • Incorporate instructional design principles into video content to enhance learning effectiveness. 
  • Ensure all video content aligns with company branding and training standards. 
  • Provide support in other multimedia training projects as needed. 

Technical Operations 

  • Manage and organize video assets including raw footage, edited content, and final projects. 
  • Maintain and oversee production equipment (lighting, cameras, audio) and ensure it is operational. 
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of filming locations. 
  • Organize and archive past training videos for future use and reference. 

Collaboration & Innovation 

  • Work closely with the Training Design team and other departments to develop video concepts. 
  • Stay current on video production trends, tools, and techniques. 
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve video content. 

Qualifications 

  • Proficiency in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production 
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar 
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) 
  • Strong organizational, storytelling, and visual communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
  • Comfortable operating lighting, camera, and sound equipment 
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback 
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design is a plus 

Education and Experience 
Required: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production or motion graphic design 
  • Demonstrated experience producing short-form educational or training video content 
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects) 

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Film, Communications, or a related field 
  • Experience in corporate training or internal communications settings 
  • Familiarity with SCORM or LMS integration 

Work Environment/Physical Demands: General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time. May require lifting or transporting video equipment and occasional travel for on-location shoots.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $74,000- $80,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
