Summary: The primary role of the Event Operations Training Administrator is to manage and lead the Event Manager Training Program while supporting other event operations initiatives. This position ensures a World-Class event experience by facilitating training sessions (virtual and in-person), supporting new location openings, and collaborating cross-functionally to elevate operational standards. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Leadership & Strategy 

• Assist with the deployment of strategic training plans. 

• Confer with appropriate management to learn about specific work situations and necessary changes in policies, procedures, and technologies. 

• Maintain knowledge of and ensure adherence to current company standards. 

• Travel as required to support company-wide initiatives. 

Operations & Execution 

• Facilitate operational training sessions for both existing and new event staff. 

• Support new location openings by delivering onsite or virtual training programs. 

• Assess and report on the progress of employees during training periods. 

• Work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays to meet business needs. 

Training & Development 

• Manage and lead the Event Manager Training Program. 

• Determine and implement methods to improve training effectiveness. 

• Facilitate training classes and working sessions using updated training materials. 

• Create an environment conducive to effective learning and development. 

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure training content is aligned with operational goals. 

Qualifications 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and Lucky Strike Event Systems 

Education and Experience 
Required: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or managing event operations 

Preferred: 

• Prior experience in Lucky Strike Entertainment event operations 

Work Environment/Physical Demands: General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time. Travel and extended hours may be required.
