Summary: The Regional Marketing Coordinator operates as a facilitator of marketing requests in the field, managing field-level support, maintaining in-center marketing materials, and working on local marketing opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication abilities, and a “can-do” attitude. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

Field Marketing Support 

  • Serves as the point person for field-level requests related to in-center marketing initiatives. 
  • Travels to centers to ensure marketing materials are current and to provide field marketing support. 
  • Conducts in-center marketing audits on an ongoing basis. 

Administrative and Operational Support 

  • Organizes and facilitates all incoming regional partnership requests and communication. 
  • Supports administrative tasks for the Field Marketing Team, including creating purchase orders as needed. 
  • Assists in managing team platforms, including Monday, Slack, and others. 

Program Management 

  • Supports the national print program, optimizing internal processes to enhance efficiency. 
  • Contributes to the development of ongoing recaps for field operations. 
  • Aids in key marketing initiatives to support broader team goals. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Highly developed organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. 
  • High integrity and respect for individuals, with appreciation for diversity in thought, ethnicity, and gender. 

 

Education and Experience 

Required  

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, project management, operations, or administrative support. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Availability to travel up to 70%
  • Valid driver’s license. 

Preferred 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry. 

 

Work Environment/Physical Demands: General office environment with periods of walking, bending, and standing.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $59,000-$66,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
