Summary: The Sr. Multimedia Designer will be responsible for overseeing all video and digital content across a variety of location-based entertainment verticals and brands. This person will produce, organize and coordinate all video production for the company 

Video Development  

  • Develop and create stylized lifestyle video content focused on all offerings such as bowling, food and beverage, and activities including waterparks, go-karting, mini-golf, virtual reality and more, that will be used across marketing channels such as CTV, YouTube, Digital Out of Home, Social Media and in company-owned locations.  
  • Develop video concepts from writing scripts, to storyboarding, to execution.  
  • Ideate and create animated graphics to enhance videos. 
  • Ensure all video content aligns with the company campaigns, promotions and themes.  
  • Assist in video shoots for campaigns and evergreen initiatives on a quarterly basis, ensuring content is relevant and updated.  
  • Identify industry trends and develop video content that is relevant  
  • Travel to events, photoshoots and company wide offsite locations as needed.  

 

Management & Team Collaboration  

  • Coordinate the production of video content featuring our nationwide locations using traditional videography, drone footage and Matterport venue tours, utilizing vendors and local videographers.   
  • Maintain a video production budget.  

 

Organization & Trackin 

  • Work with other members of the creative team to implement content and other digital assets. 
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to assess video performance using key performance indicators such as reach, conversions and CPAs, on an ongoing basis and adjust video content based on feedback.  
  • Utilize internal storage systems such as Box and MediaValet to keep video content organized and labeled correctly.  

 

Qualifications 

  • Extensive background in conceptualizing and executing multimedia campaigns across digital, social, web, and broadcast platforms. 
  • Strong background in digital media, including motion graphics, video production, animation, and interactive content. 
  • Deep understanding of brand identity, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies. 
  • Extensive experience with video production and coordinating with vendors.  
  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Knowledge of video/design standards.  

 

Education and Experience 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Video Production, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 7+ years of experience in video production working at an agency or in-house creative team. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, video production, animation, and interactive media. 
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other industry-standard design and video production tools. 

 

  • Experience using project management tools such as Wrike.  
  • Expertise in video production best practices.  

 

Work Environment/Physical Demands: General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

The approximate pay range for this position is $127,000-133,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
