Summary: The Website Product Manager leads the strategy, user experience (UX), and content management for the company’s websites, ensuring a seamless and conversion-driven digital experience that aligns with brand objectives. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

 

Website Management & Content Strategy 

  • Maintain and update website content across multiple brands, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing initiatives. 
  • Work with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to implement new pages, promotions, and features to support the needs of the various business verticals. 
  • Monitor website performance, usability and optimize key landing pages for improved user experience and conversions. 
  • Oversee A/B testing for the brand sites using Optimizely and other testing tools to develop an optimized user experience.  
  • Lead the website production team, responsible for daily content production across all brand sites.  

 

SEO & Data Analytics 

  • Implement basic SEO best practices, including metadata updates and content optimization, collaborating with an external SEO agency. 
  • Track and report on key website metrics such as traffic, bounce rate, and conversions on an ongoing basis. 
  • Identify optimizations within the website front-end experience, ecommerce checkout flow and work with internal teams on implementation. 
  • Keep up with user experience trends and monitor user behavior across all sites on an ongoing basis.  

 

Technical Support & Innovation 

  • Ensure website speed and performance are optimized for seamless user experience. 
  • Work with IT and development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and digital best practices. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple updates simultaneously. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketing teams. 
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, heat mapping, and user behavior analysis using tools such as Optimizely, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. 

 

Education and Experience 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or content strategy. 
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as Contentful, WordPress and Drupal, basic HTML/CSS, and website analytics tools. 
  • Background in eCommerce site optimization. 
  • Knowledge of advanced SEO strategies and tools. 

 

Work Environment/Physical Demands: 

General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

The approximate pay range for this position is $117,000-130,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
