Located on-site at the center, the Senior Event Sales Representative is primarily responsible for closing—turning inquiries into booked events. How? Through phone calls, emails, and by hosting site visits and entertaining potential clients. (Sound like fun? It totally is!) You’ll be surrounded by the sights and sounds of a world-class entertainment destination—and you’ll use that energy to inspire yourself and others as you communicate the experience to our clientele. This isn’t your typical sales job (spoiler alert: it’s waaaaay better).

Essential Duties: Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Senior Event Sales Representative

              

BOOK IT

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events (it’s not magic, just your natural sales talent)

SELL THE EXPERIENCE

  • Communicate all the amazing features and benefits of our venue and event packages to prospective clients

HIT THOSE NUMBERS

  • Consistently meet (or, better yet, wildly exceed) your individual monthly sales goal

TAKE DIRECTION WELL

  • Know when to lead and when to be the best supporting cast member possible for your Director of Sales

BE AN MVP TO YOUR DOS

  • Assist your Director of Sales to prepare for trade shows, sales missions, and promotional events

CULTIVATE YOUR CLIENTS

  • Work with your prospective guests from start to finish, planning and coordinating events that become world-class experiences; continue cultivating the relationship long after the party ends (because repeat business can be a powerfully lucrative thing)

 

WHO YOU ARE

You’re an experienced salesperson who utilizes all the resources that your disposal (phone, email, our amazing venues) to communicate our unique approach to bowling entertainment and events to your prospective clients. And since you’re a team player through and through, you coordinate with your center’s Operations Team to ensure our events are executed with expert precision. Because you know that the key to a great party—is a room for of happy, satisfied guests.

 

DESIRED SKILLS: Check out the desired skills below and see if you have what it takes to join our team

  • 3+ Years in an Event Sales role
  • Bachelor’s degree
    (preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Hospitality)
  • An ability to own and resolve problems (trouble-shooters, welcomed)
  • “It’s in the details” is your personal mantra
  • Hospitality experience a plus
