About the Role
Assists the VP of Games Operations with various technology projects being initiated across the company to include Arcade, IT and AV upgrades, Lucky Strike and Bowlero conversions, and AMF Premium conversions. Assisting with the coordination of the facets and elements of each project will require project scheduling and tracking, inter-department communication, and follow up and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
- Works closely with in-house regional and area technology managers to ensure timely information and good communication when needed for all technology projects.
- Coordinates the activities of the various technology projects to center Op’s, DM’s and RVP’s. Send updates as needed to the technology team and Ops team as needed.
- Upon project approval, work with RTM’s to set up an install team. Place orders for forklift, dumpster, U Line supplies and any other needed supplies. Obtain tracking and confirmation emails from vendors.
- Update Google Doc Project List weekly.
- Work with Intercard to help with SOX needs and reporting needs.
- Works with VP of Games Operations to assist where needed on all development projects, large and small.
- May maintain inventory of equipment, materials, parts and other necessary elements needed to complete projects.
- May establish and expedite delivery dates for equipment and other items ordered for a project.
- Conduct daily updates to the Intercard User Access database based on system-generated reporting.
- Will use MS Office to manage and track projects.
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.

The Chief Technology Officer will drive information technology and business applications at a strategic level across the organization. The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving business growth through data-related insights. About the Role
The Talent Coordinator provides recruitment support to the General Managers within their Region. Responsible for hourly candidate generation through sourcing and advertising open positions on recruitment sites, social media outlets, college websites and company website. Ensures correct posting verbiage is always used to represent the company brand. Regularly monitors and prioritizes openings throughout the Region. You may (or may not) be great at bowling, but how good are you at juggling? Because the Group Event Sales Manager juggles many competing priorities, combining responsibility for sales and administrative duties with serving as the primary direct resource for their assigned regions. If you want to be an authority on events and help bring the party to life for our guests, then this may just be the perfect job for you.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Group Event Sales Manager
GET THE PARTY STARTED
- From corporate events and team building to fundraisers and other group events, you’ll generate group sales and achieve your annual sales targets for events averaging 20 or more guests
BE A PARTY PRO
- Act as the primary district resource for selling groups within your assigned region
MIND THE DETAILS
- Manage lane inventory for your district and coordinate your center’s group events by ensuring that 14-Day Forecasts are 1) up to date, 2) accurate, and 3) distributed to the center weekly
MANAGE YOUR PROSPECTS
- Assist prospects who contact the center or sales office by phone or online with all group event inquiries and create lane reservation maps featuring all relevant event details
HIT THOSE NUMBERS
- Respond to all event inquiries; turn them into booked events; and consistently meet (or, better yet, exceed) your individual monthly sales goals
KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE
- Be aware of the unique needs of the various events you’ll help plan—from birthday parties to corporate events to other social gatherings (remember SMERF: Social, Military, Education, Religious & Fraternal events)
BECOME A GEMS GURU
- Maintain records of event inquiries in Gems; enter and maintain client info; and investigate & resolve any guest problems

Creative. Organized. Self-motivated. Committed to the guest. Those are just a few of the characteristics that make for a successful Group Event Sales Manager. You’ll have strong selling and negotiating skills, the talent to cold-call like a pro, and the initiative to solicit new business and retain existing clients—all of which will be vital to your success. You don’t have to be a math whiz, but you will need to calculate figures like discounts, interest, commissions, etc. and you won’t balk at having to complete budgeting, forecasting, or month-end reporting.
